Quick-witted
Dry, sarcastic and often impossible to read.
Tall. Loyal. Slightly obsessed with Halo.
Gamer, footballer, collector, talented editor—and one of the most dependable people you could meet.

The important bit
Dan is the friend who keeps the group moving.
Football, gaming, a pub trip, a holiday or a few hours on Discord—he brings energy, dry humour and just enough chaos to make everything more entertaining.
Behind the sarcasm, he is incredibly genuine. If Dan says he will help, organise something or be there, he means it. He doesn’t throw around empty words; he follows through.
When a close friend was moving abroad, Dan arranged a football signed by everyone who had played with him. He tracked down names, messaged people one by one and made sure nobody was forgotten.
Dry, sarcastic and often impossible to read.
Shows he cares through effort, invitations and ridiculous videos.
Makes genuinely great edits, gaming clips and visual jokes.

Player profile
Dan loves the stories, characters, artwork and design behind games. Once he starts talking about Halo, there is no guaranteed end time.
His defining game—and the source of several strongly held views about what makes a Halo game good.
A natural choice for someone whose Batman collection is beginning to require its own postcode.
Stylish, character-driven and part of a much bigger appreciation for old-school JRPGs.
*According to reliable sources.
Just one more collectible…Comics, LEGO & collecting
Dan has built an impressive comic collection around Batman, Deathstroke, Thanos, Marvel, DC, Halo and Star Wars.
He owns more than 1,000 LEGO pieces across his Halo and Star Wars collections, plus figures, statues and collector’s editions. He occasionally needs reminding that he does not need every Deathstroke figure he sees.
One day, he wants to 3D-print a full set of Halo cosplay armour. Frankly, it would suit him far too well.
Away from the screen
Dan doesn’t just turn up and play. He books pitches, sorts teams and chases everyone who waits until the final possible minute to confirm.
For him, football is as much about seeing his friends as the game. The same applies to pub trips, parties, group holidays, random days out, gaming nights and sending memes with no explanation.
He’s also a big fan of West Ham and the Philadelphia Eagles (NFL), so there is usually some sport worth having on in the background.

“He inspires me.”

The actual pitch
He’ll make you laugh, introduce you to far too many games and always make sure there is something to look forward to.
Dan is loyal, supportive and genuinely invested in the people around him. You don’t need to be a gamer—but knowing the difference between Halo and Call of Duty may help.
Dan can be chaotic, sarcastic and completely unserious. He is also thoughtful, supportive and the kind of person who makes life more entertaining simply by being there.
He would probably make a great edit about this website afterwards.Interested in Dan?
